Terms and Conditions

1.  The storage shall commence on _____________________________  (date).
2.  This agreement will be on a six month basis and shall be renewed automatically unless 30 days prior notice
is given by either party.

3.  To ensure better security, owner or agent is required to notify H. A. Properties 24 hours in advance when
vehicle is being removed for use.

4.  Owner hereby releases and agrees to hold H. A. Properties from any and all liability for loss or damage to
vehicle, boat, motor, trailer, RV, etc., or content thereof, whether caused by or arising out of fire, theft,
collision, windstorm, vandalism, or accident. H. A. Properties is not considered under this agreement as an
insurer of the owner's property. It is the responsibility of owner to carry insurance coverage on the above property.
H. A. Properties will not be held responsible for the contents of any vehicle, boat, car, RV, etc., or any appurtenances.

5.  All rental fees are payable in advance on the first of every month. You will not receive a MONTHLY BILL. All
unpaid rental fees past due 10 days or more will be assessed an additional ten dollars per month. Owner
acknowledges that H. A. Properties may have a lien on the above property and its appurtenances for unpaid
sums due to H. A. Properties in excess of 30 days past due.

6.  If Owner fails to claim property on or before the last day of storage indicated in this notice, H. A.
Properties may deem property to be abandoned and sell it to pay for the outstanding storage fees.

7.  If Owner claims property during the period for which payment has been made, no prorata refund shall be made.
